In association with the MMPI Workshops & Symposium, the book-based exam program is sponsored by Kent State University and coordinated by the University of Minnesota Press. The MMPI Workshops & Symposium is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The MMPI Workshops & Symposium maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

The MMPI Workshops & Symposium provides continuing education programs for psychologists and other mental health professionals, including in-person workshops and book-based exams for three titles: Interpreting the MMPI-2-RF, Assessing Police & Other Public Safety Personnel Using the MMPI-2-RF, and Forensic Applications of the MMPI-2-RF

The material presented in the books is based on a broad literature that provides the foundations for empirically validated applications of the MMPI-2-RF. The books provide the information necessary for a qualified user to interpret the MMPI-2-RF in the wide range of settings in which the test is used.
