In 2016, one of the largest indigenous protests against an oil pipeline took place at the Standing Rock Reservation. Three years later, we speak with some of those involved in the #NoDAPL movement. We discuss what has changed since the demonstrations, and how the protests embody broader struggles of sovereignty and climate justice.
