Brenda Langton’s passion for healthy food bubbles over like an unattended pot on a hot burner.
“I just love beautiful, simple food,” she said, in a phone interview. “I’ve been told that’s contagious. My mission is to infect as many people as possible.”
Langton will bring that passion and enthusiasm to the University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum in Chanhassen on Thursday, May 10 when she hosts a cooking demonstration in celebration of the launch of her new book, “The Spoonriver Cookbook.”
