James H. Moller, M.D., is professor of pediatrics at the University of Minnesota Medical School and has served as chief of staff at the University of Minnesota Hospital and Clinic.

William A. Neal, M.D., is a pediatric cardiologist and professor in the department of pediatric cardiology at the West Virginia University School of Medicine. He is co-author, with James Moller, of Heart Disease in Infancy.

William Hoffman is an editor and science writer affiliated with the department of laboratory medicine and pathology at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
