Educational Goals:
This workshop will provide information on the latest trends and significant issues in pre-employment screening & fitness-for-duty evaluations.
Learning Objectives; participants will:
• Understand legal issues involved in pre-employment testing
• Learn about recent developments in use of the MMPI-2 and MMPI-2-RF (Restructured Form) in public safety evaluations
• Learn about the breadth of information available with different types
of pre-employment testing
• Understand how psychological tests can aid the examiner in making fitness determinations
