MMPI-2/A Workshops and Symposia is a non-profit continuing professional education program sponsored by the Department of Psychology, Kent State University and coordinated by the University of Minnesota Press. The workshops provide training on MMPI-2 and MMPI-A applications and the Annual Symposium on Recent Developments in MMPI-2/A Research is designed to disseminate research findings and developments on the MMPI instruments.
MMPI-2/A Workshops and Symposia has been conducting continuing professional education programs since 1965. Our goal is to provide professional training in MMPI-2/A interpretation that is empirically grounded and clinically relevant. Workshop faculty are actively involved in MMPI-2/A research and use the MMPI instruments in their assessment practices.
MMPI-2/A Workshops and Symposia of the Psychology Department at Kent State University is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education to psychologists. MMPI-2/A Workshops and Symposia maintains responsibility for program content.
