* Please specify author, title, binding (cloth or paper), and ISBN for each book ordered.
* If you are at an Illinois address, please add 8.75% sales tax to your order.
* If you are ordering from Canada, please add 7% GST to your order. U of MN Press remits GST to Revenue Canada. Your books will be shipped from inside Canada, and you will not be assessed Canada Post's border handling fee.

Shipping/handling charges are as follows: Add $4.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book. For orders outside the U.S. add $5.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book.
